PMB UNPAID ACCOUNTS AS USUAL

This was a response to a letter my mom received for owing scheme money? Good day,

Hope this email finds you well.

Kindly note that R300.00 due is for over use of benefits. Bonitas paid more or above scheme rates for the physician in 2017. My mom has Asthma and all her admissions were PMB how can you send he such a response? What physician : Name ? Surname, Hospital ? Admission date?
