Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, unspecified My mom was admitted via ER AT Gatesville and of course now BONCAP wont pay I mean it is a MELOMED hospital how much more state do you want for private healthcare? she did not have a choice to choose a doctor of BONCAPS choice seen that MELOMED IS a DSP for you ... please pay the admission J44.9 THEN she has cataract also removed in one eye at Gatesville damn bills and CONS short paid same story over and over with bonitas why cant we get this right.
