PMB Hypertension - Blood Pressure Monitor declined

Ref no 310725Q27B0H Request for Blood Pressure Monitor - I am on Bonitas Standard Select. Part of the 2025 Benefit is that you are entitled to get a Blood Pressure Monitor every 2 years subject to Hypertension PMB being registered and that you have sufficient Appliance Savings Benefit. My doctor has written a motivation letter as well, but I keep on getting declined for this benefit. I have PMB Hypertension registered for many years and have sufficient funds available. The fund keeps on declining me and I have yet to receive a valid reason. I find this totally unacceptable and false advertising of a benefit that the Medical Aid will not approve.
