PMB ENDOMETRIOSIS WONT PAY FOR DEVICE
<p>I need a mirina device for my daughter is 15 years old not to prevent pregnancy but to suppress growth of endometriosis - Bonitas will pay for the insertion but not pay for the device their disclaimer reads that Mirine is not PMB level of care , endo was just recently approved as a Chronic condition so the rules of Bonitas medical aid must align as PMB this is not for use of a contraceptive , please assist </p>
