PMB classification + payments

On 13 April 2015 my son , Nicholas Coetzee, was involved in a big motorcycle accident. He broke his pelvis and other bones and had three operations in total .where internal prosthesis had to be used . Bonitas did not want to pay for the prosthesis for the amount of R34995.62 and eventually I had to pay for it myself.<br> My medical broker, Experthealth, then contacted Bonitas about it seeing that it was classified as a PMB and Bonitas then approved the claim as a PMB and that they were in the reprocessing of payment. Please see attachments<br> When my broker, Joyce, from Experthealth, phoned Bonitas this morning to follow up on the payment , see was told that they are not going to pay it anymore and did not want to give any reasons.
