PMB Claim ignored

We have been trying to get my daughter's medication approved for over a month. we have a motivation letter from a psychiatrist, an assessment from a clinical psychologist and a letter from her psychologist, stating that she is majorly depressed and autistic. I am aware that there is a set amount limit for the medication, and will pay the shortfall, but at least send the medication!!!!! I am tired of trying to explain this to the chronic department, I have it escalated 3 times and so has my broker. It is a PMB claim, and if we are not assisted, we will take this further, as the one specialist even wanted to admit her, which would definitely cost the scheme more
