PMB - Brain Tumor

Good day, my name is Cindy Chalmers. in 2022 I was diagnosed with a Brain Tumor, (Acromegaly). After been hospitalized a number of medical conditions. Also had a lobectomy for lung cancer. Between various doctors and myself, sent motivations and medical reports as proof of the brain tumor. This needs to be listed as a PMB condition. When calling Bonitas you can't speak to a manger. The call centre staff are not medical doctors so they dont understand the condition or the frustration of getting someone to help get the Acromegaly to be added to PMB. Please can someone advise who can advise and assist. This is 2 two year journey and I am getting nowhere.
