Every time there is a claim for a chronic visit, we have issues with Bonitas to pay it. In December 2024 Bonitas paid a visit for R480 and in July paid R506.10 and now suddenly the amount is R354. How is this possible? I chatted to Meagan on the whatsapp line, still not happy with the answer I got then the chat was ended. This is really not fair. This is all we ever claim from the medical aid and pay a huge member tariff.
