PMB benefit under Chronic condition

I had to change meds due to huge MEMORY LOSS. I had to go back to the to the specialist & I was advised that I need to get another referral letter I had about R700 under mental health I went to the GP for the letter. I was not aware that my visit was going to be deducted under mental health, then I checked with the medical aid I was advised I'm left with R400+ I was surprised & I asked them but this is PMB condition how can I runout of funds, they said to me they will pay the difference from the Psychiatrist. I went to the Psychiatrist he charged me R1200 on the 28/09/2015 & I sent an invoice it rejected they didn't even bother to pay me that R400 (query no:300915QGMTYZ.) I was also advised that other parts of the invoice were hand written & it was tariff codes & the dr signed it & stamped it.<br> <br> Lindi Manana Bonitas Consultant came in our company for a presentation of the schemes latest products offerings I advised her about this I sent her an email (query no :291015QHKFZM) it was rejected I checked the claim was put under my daughter KSO Nduli who doesn't have a PMB condition.
