PMB a joke

<p>I had a heart attack August 2016 the dr gave me a letter to register on the PMB Condition with Bonitas. I phoned the medical aid to find out where to send the email they told me to send it to the chronic department so onn the 5 of September 2016 I send it to them. I phoned them after 5 days and they told me that was not the right department so they send it to a different department. I went to see the dr in September for my follow up and since then I have trouble with them to pay the account. I got my letter of acceptance in October. I phoned them again on 15/3/2017 to find out what is going on and the person said that payment was approved on 27 February 2017 and would be paid within 15 working days. I just phoned them again and now I am told that that is not the case it is still not paid and is being investigated by the PMB department. Now I am told that it is send to them again for reassesment and that the account may or may not be paid.</p>
