PLEASE REPLY!
My mother's authorisation, number ***, refers. My mother sent a request to pmb@bonitas more than a week ago and has still not received a reply. Her appointment with her Specialist Physician is this Wednesday, 21 October 2015. My mother is 69 year old pensioner who deserves better service from Bonitas Medical Fund. :-(
