Please Help!

Good day I would like to get some help from somebody.. I have been with Bonitas Medical Aid for a very long time, almost 10 years. I am in my third trimester with my second baby, delivery date is the 28th of February. Since the start of my pregnancy I have been with the same doctor at the same hospital, all my claims has been paid for and I have had no issues. In January I was admitted at the same hospital for a membrane rupture, while I was doing my admission they informed me that there would be a 30% co-payment as the hospital does not contract with Bonitas since December 2022 (this was never communicated to me or to the hospital by the way). After some discussion on the phone, they waived the 30% co-payment as there is an exclusion for maternity cases. I confirmed with Bonitas telephonically that day that the birth would be covered up until the day my baby and I are discharged. They would also ONLY cover all MATERNITY related cases until the end of March 2023. I have done my pre-authorization and again they want to charge me the 30% co-payment. They now cannot waive the co-payment anymore. What am I supposed to do in a situation like this?
