Please change your Medicine Courier Service - Pharmacy Direct

Bonitas, I am posting this in the HOPE that other people will see this and that we can get feedback from you. I dont know the deal or the logistical issues around it. But can you please, please please make a change with how we receive our medicine? Pharmacy direct is not a trustworthy option. Just look at all the complaints on this site. and how they are all very similar.

The ONLY reason we are using them is because if we don't we have a hefty co-payment which you enforce. Pharmacy direct has almost landed me in Hospital twice now with late deliveries on medicine. I had to ration my meds and insulin for a week due to them not delivering when they said and promised they would. I have spent hours on the phone with them. begging, pleading and fighting. Just to get my chronic medication.

Every month its something else. Ranging from missing tablets from blister packs, incorrect medicine delivery, late delivery, me receiving other peoples medication, incorrect billing, inconsistent billing to outright lies. Give us the option to go to Clicks or Dischem to get our meds. Those who cant do that like the elderly, have a delivery service for them, but please, Pharmacy direct is anything but direct. Give us a fair and equal option. Using Pharmacy Direct is a Hellish Experience.
