Please Bonitas rather phone member, members hold on for ever using their airtime
Good day, I got a very in explanatory email from Bonitas asking ME to phone THEM. I use MY airtime to hold in for ever with all agents being busy. I send a response to their mail, my query number ***. Could someone from bonitas please send an explanation to their email instead of just asking the member to phone them!!! Their email ref was Pre-Auth [***/D***]
