please approve my dr's visits

after the year i just had, the last thing i expected from you guys is unpaid bills from dr's, for Christ sake i had an operation on the 29 August 2023 and you guys authorized it and now im suppose to go for follow ups with my dr and you guys are declining my visits not only that, you have now gone back to requesting for photos proving that i need those follow up cessions to add on the on the 21 October 2023 i got into a car accident, guess what again, i have sms's coming through, dr's were not paid....like what else do you want from me, why am i paying such an amount for me to declined my dr's visits
