Playing with peoples health

This review is on behalf of my mom. She has diabetes and gets chronic meds, apparently you can't collect your own meds, you have to have it delivered by pharma direct. She waited nearly 2 weeks for her meds to arrive, she called bonitas numerous times and they said they can't do anything because pharma direct has collected it already, she is directed to them, she contacts them and they say it's coming. She went back and forth between the two and was just given the run around, she didn't even want to leave the house in case they delivered. This ordeal had caused huge distress to her and affected her health at the time and she says it's not the first time this happens. They just didn't care at all about the welfare of the client but they care very much about payment. It's absolutely unacceptable that firstly u are not allowed to collect your own meds at a pharmacy and then have to wait so long for critical medication which could have huge health implications . Then while waiting she has to pay out of pocket to get meds to go on with without any compensation!! She also checked reviews of pharma direct and found many people who had similar issues. These matters should in fact be directed to the medical ombudsman as they are putting customers lives at risk and bonitas is made aware of it but continue to use them and take no action, they just act like it's not their problem.
