Placing me in an unacceptable bracket

Bonitas placed me in a higher income bracket which I cannot afford , whilst trying to get the documentation required as per scheme rules. I borrowed money from my employer to pay the higher fee for January 2016 but was informed by email that I would have to stay in the higher bracket for the duration of the year. I rep**** that I could not afford that and that I would like to terminate my membership with immediate effect. My benefits has been suspended with effect 1 January 2016 with no payments made thus far for any medical cost. I requested a refund as I need to pay back my employer and most probably accounts. This is a disappointment for me as my working hours has been reduced due to down scaling in the company. This is due to pressure in the mining industry and very little work being given to contractors. I hope that they will see reason.
