placed on hold for way too long

I'm very unhappy as a 1st time client of Bonitas.I called in to select a GP and the consultant placed me on hold for 7 min. Whoever assisted me ,needs to really consider how they deal with their clients!

I called back and a lovely lady by the name of Nomonde,helped me under 3 min just to select and update my GP.She deserves 5 starts for that.
