i have been calling bonitas since December then the documents are received then they send sms's i have been faxing the same document over and over and over. our medical aid has been suspended, i have a Cerebral palsy son, and he gets seizure God for bit my son have a seizure while you guys have suspensed our medical aid after your have received your monthly payment. If you have a problem with your fax line thats not my problem...If you head a heart and was made of human you woudnt just go and suspend peoples medical aid.
