Picking on Pensioners

I'm appalled at the demand of documents that bonitas makes on their pensioners. Whom have not access to printers, scanners, internet, etc. No transport either to get to these places. So, when information is requested and SENT BEFORE 31 October every year regarding income verification, why is this still ignored or classified as \not sufficient\"? When a 60yr pensioner is unemployed and never been employed in 2014 and 2015, then what are that chances of this changing in 2016? and yet yearly trips to UIF offices have to be made? numerous affidavits....it's ridiculous. Surely by now there should be a reasonable solution to this issue instead of sending pensioners up and down to UIF offices and police stations to hand in repeat documents."
