physiotherapy treatment refunded from the wrong benefit

<p>Despite the simple nature of this query, Bonitas customer service has been unable to resolve it even after multiple emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>First, I went in for a wellness assessment at a Pick n Pay pharmacy early this year. It was paid for in full by Bonitas as normal. </p> <p> </p> <p>It was then confirmed that I had access to R1000 Wellness Extender benefit and could seek treatment at any registered physiothe******, which I did.</p> <p> </p> <p>I submitted the claims to Bonitas and was refunded in full but the amount came from my savings benefit instead of my Welness Extender benefit.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>This needs to be corrected, i.e. the R1000 needs to be 'added' back to the savings benefit. It's that simple.</p>
