Pharmacy-Direct Bad service withholding medication

I'm apart of the CDE program and covered for all medication I have hypotone on chronic medication.<br> <br> Currently Pharmacy Direct is trying to charge me co payments for cde medication and withholding my Chronic medication until the amount is paid. I've called numerous times I've spoken to 5 different call center people each one giving me different reasons why I don't have my hypotone since 3 September. Im Pregnant and highly stressed trying to deal with such *********** people trying to ****** money from me now the call center person at Pharmacy direct- Helen told me \just pay the amount"when i wanted to speak to Krae he said \""I don't want to speak to her\"" the call centre supervisor answers the phone and says those agent cant help you. I spoke to the CDE and they've told me not to make any payments cause I'm not supposed to pay anything I don't pay for Chronic and CDE meds. How many other people have they manipulated into co payments? <br> <br> Now I have to phone continuously and there's no one thats helpful no one calls you back all you get is an SMS. I'm pregnant going on 8 months now I have my medication being withheld since September I have pre-eclampsia and high blood pressure. Pls Help"""
