PHA Silence Over Retroactive GP Authorisations for Dependant

Bonitas Medical Fund and their administrator, Private Health Administrators (PHA), for complete service failure. Weeks ago, I submitted a formal request for retroactive authorisations for two physical GP consultations for my dependant ( Bonstart Option). The consultations took place on Thursday, 16 September 2026 and Monday, 21 September 2026, and the full invoices were attached. Despite sending these clear details to all relevant departments—including New Memberships, the Member Department, and the Executive PA to the Principal Officer—I have received zero feedback or replies. Every single day is a failed attempt to get hold of the authorisations and managed care departments. I spent 53 minutes at a time on the phone, being bounced from one department to another with absolutely no assistance. I demand that a senior supervisor from the executive team or PHA immediately access my profile process these two retroactive GP authorisations for my dependant, and issue the authorization letters today. Stop running your members in circles. Absolute rediculous absurd. Please can someone attend to this.
