Pensioners *******

I can only rate Bonitas medical Fund as 1 mullion 0 I have been struggeling to get a medical aid for my elderly parents on the income band Boncap as they are pensioners and receive far less than R8000 income per month.

Believe it or not they sent a letter through to say Welcome to their new members and fees monthly for medical aid amount up to R8975.

Guess what myself and my husband was going to pay this and after a quote from the broker assisting us R2606 per month for both to R8975

If you phone them they say use the correct income bracket and numerous email with Avid David been sent through to them in order to show that they only receive a pension both from Government and my father inlaws work pension.

I requested immediate withdrawal this afternoon per email and they still tried to debit funds out of the account and phoned to say that the debit was unsuccessful.

Luckily i contacted my bank to stop any debit orders from Bonitas.
