Pensioner med aid

My mum has been with Bonitas for a few years now and we have submitted an affidavit as per the norm like every year to state that she is unemployed and receives social Grant, bonitas insisted on a Sassa statement which we provided, then now comes back and says it's not enough, they require it34.
