Payment to the vendor not done as yet

<p>I cannot believe that after a year, I am still recieving account balances from Dr. Izeboud's office. I had to apply for an ex-gracia to my medical aid, bonitas of which it was approved as per the letter sent to me via email. The doctor claims that they have nopt recieved the payment for the approval. I have been in contact with BOnitas contact centre for several times now and no one could help me as i am being told that i cannot contact the ex-gracia dept. I have several referemce numbers that were provided for me., 110215Q6JSKL, 090215Q6FS11 to name a few. Today i had to call again and spoke to a friendly guy named Moses ref number 091216Q1ZB35 of which he said he sees the letter for approval and he will send the claim through to the cliams dept. I really need this sorted out as the doctor is about to take legal action against me.</p>
