Still is not the claim I am referring to.
Can`t you read my emails - and see that I am talking about the R410 - that needs to be paid - the covid test done on the 2/3rd December 2021 - not the one done on the 9th December 2021.
2/3rd December was done for my husband John
9th December was done for me - this was paid cash - and got the refund - as you can see below.
The 2/3rd Dec is still unpaid.
Do the Maths and see what needs to be done.

Claims will be paid as per scheme rules and based on available benefits at the time of processing. The Fund will pay all claims at the Bonitas Scheme rate. If your healthcare provider charges more than the Bonitas Scheme rates, the member is liable to pay for the difference.

Bonitas is still refusing to deal with this problem of the unpaid account for the Covid test in December 2021
It just proves that have no idea how to deal with complaints or the clients
