Paying pensioners must suffer
Bonitas requires sick elderly clients to stand outside Dept of Labour SASSA offices in middle of night to obtain proof of pension form despite other documents to prove pension payment. My elderly mother was told she needs the stamped form necessitating her waiting outside in adverse weather and unsafe conditions from 4am. Bonitas has no consideration for the health and wellbeing of its clients!

21 Nov 2025, 08:53I am utterly disgusted at the response I have had from the Bonitas Boncap department regarding the shocking expectations from pensioners puting their lives and wellbeing in danger! I have written, pleaded and complained to all their departments for assistance with admistration requirements for elderly pensioners who have to wait outside overnight for grant papers and they simply respond by forwarding their requirements and nothing else. No sympathetic interaction or personal response in any way. They are an ********* entity and should be sued for their actions.
