PAY MY ONCOLOGY BILLS
I have been trying since november 2021 to get my oncology bills paid!! i have an auth number and have had the same bills for the past 15 years, and always paid! i am on oncology benefits of R300000 plus, and they tell me i am out of benefits! the total for the claims is way below this! i CANNOT get this sorted out! there is ALWAYS another problem. you cannot speak to anyone more senior than the call centre people and they keep saying it has been escalated! enough is enough! i am NOT paying the service provider. bonitas must, so the SP is the loser here! up your game BONITAS!!!
