I was really blown away by Mpho's level of service. She really does g the extra mile and ensures a very high service level, I am really proud that there are still some people of her caliber in the customer service industry.<br> She showed efficiency when I desperately needed a medical certificate, she stayed on the line with me until she received the necessary docs she required in order to process my request. i am really commend her for her efforts.
