Pathetic Service Received

My pregnant wife was refered to Hospital for an emergency OPD Tacography.<br> She was admitted into hospital and discharged the same day. We are on the Bonessential Plan which is for cover in hospital. We later received a bill from the Hospital advising the claim was rejected by our Medical Aid.<br> I called Bonitas and spoke to a guy whos name is Numsa. He confirmed theclaim had been rejected as it is a procedure that is not covered. I asked him to send me something in writing confirming this. His response was he cant, they dont do that, i have tocheck the website. I could not believe what i was hearing. I asked him so how do i know what is covered and what is not? He said i wont, i have to check the website.<br> <br> I pay alot of money monthly to this medical aid and for him to blow me off and not even be able to provide me with my request was appalling,<br> How is it that i pay for a plan and when i want to know what is covered i am directed toa website.<br> My wife was admitted and discharged and he has the audacity to tell me she was not when the statement clearly confirms she was. after pointing this out he brought another excuse that the procedure is not covered.<br> i cant believe this!!!
