Pathetic service, PAY MY CLAIMS!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely sick and tired of calling you guys and absolutely no one follows up or gets back to me. All I'm trying to do is get you guys to re-process my sons claims for Dr Reid from PMB and Bradley Drake from MHB and all im told is that its being escalated!!!! Below are some of the calls I've made, I didn't even document the calls before this because I did not think I would still be calling to sort out this mess 2 months later!!!!!!!!!! called 14 July 2026 ***. called 18 Aug: spoke to Steward George Jacobs called on 19 Aug, and escalated again, *** spoke to Zandiswa Jaxa called 24 Aug spoke to Zola reference ***9 called 27/08 spoke to Tyamar reference ***9
