PATHETIC SERVICE - ***********

On the 15 August 2022 I submitted my application for bonitas medical aid with my supporting documents. Months passed and still nothing happened. On. The 14 November 2022 I queried same only to be given the run around with the pathetic staff that dint know their work.

Last wwwl I spoke to the manager by the name of Mohamed who assured me that my query would be resolved and that my daughter would have immediate medical cover. I submitted yet again another application and to date nothing has come off it.

I have informed bonitas that should anything medically happen to my daughter or myself they shall be fully responsible for the medical expenses.

To the extent of my legal team contacting them twice and still nothing has been done. It's Ludacris that such a process was never done in the first place.

Pathetic service. I am still awaiting for Mohammed to call me he assured me it would be done In a day.

I will send a follow up to the public to even let them know if bonitas even responded to me.
