Pathetic service!! I'm still waiting for my refund!!!

It's has taken an appalling and disappointing 6 months to get my refund of just R4000 back!! Bonitas sends an email that I have a refund due and I should submit required docs! Twice I had to run around like a headless chicken and submit now only to be told that Bonitas is waiting on Fedhealth to do what????? The forms i filled in said refund was due to me. I told you the medical aid I'm moving to doesn't have savings. Instead of paying my out Bonitas will use any excuse not to refund me my money. I was told its gone to finance 3 weeks ago and now I'm being told to wait another 2 weeks. So at this rate it takes 12 months to process a refund!!???? Hardly world class!!!. I will harass your call center everyday until you refund me my money. You have taken advantage of my patience for the last time!!! Useless medical aid!!
