Pathetic service from *********** people

I called Bonnitas for a hospital authorization at 14:02 (roughly) for my husband. Nandipha answered and said she couldn't load the Auth but she can take a message. I requested to speak to a clinical agent to load it immediately and she put me on hold for 10 min. After which she came back and said no one was available. I requested for a manager and she said there was only 1 manager that was not available. She then said the manager cannot call me back as it was not their policy. She then told me all managers were in a meeting. I asked for her mangers name and she only gave me the name Manoso and went silent and she refused to give me a surname. My husband needs to go into hospital on Monday and we still have not received an authorisation number.
