Pathetic service from idiots at Bonitas

In 2021, I have app**** with Bonitas for medical aid membership. Due to financial reasons the membership was not paid and eventually terminated. I have submitted new forms and was informed by the New Business department that my membership can be reinstated, IF I pay the February and March contributions. I have been communicating with an illiterate, *********** person, who clearly does not belong in the position he/she is. I have asked if the contributions will be deducted from my bank account by debit order, or do I Ave to make a deposit. I was informed that I have to make a deposit. I asked for banking details and amount payable more than three times, to no avail. Eventually I received an email by the same or different idiot, that my membership has been terminated and cannot be reinstated. Why tell me that it CAN be reinstated and when I ask for banking details, it cannot be reinstated. This is pathetic service and idiotic. I will also lay a complaint with the Ombudsman in order to get a solution
