<p>Absolutely pathetic service from Bonitas and Pharmacy Direct! No chronic allocation, acute funds depleted, chronic medication has never been delivered on time, sometimes nearly a week late! I am absolutely disgusted after numerous telephone calls and empty promises! Ombudsman, I'm trying to get his contact details. These two companies are an absolute disgrace!</p>
