Pathetic service from Bonitas

I am pregnant and having a very difficult pregnancy. 2 weeks ago I visited my gynae and he had to admit me for an emergency surgery to save my baby. My medical aid has declined saying they were not informed prior but it was an EMERGENCY!!! I am still trying to get this resolved . You would think that your medical aid will be there when you need them the most instead they are just causing me unnecessary stress at a time when u need to be calm . Really pathetic service ! I was informed at the hospital that I will be covered
