Pathetic Service From Bonitas

I would like to complain about pathetic service from your assistants and your telephones lines. I have very serious problem with my health, very sick, already spend I hour and half and trying to call you, I will only speak with your consultants 2 minutes then phone just terminates from your side, spoke to 4 different consultants all promised to phone me back, because I’ve told them what is the problem with your phones, but all in vain. My doctor couldn’t help me yesterday, because there is 6 months outstanding payments from the scheme, not even advising the doctor what is the problem for non-payments, that’s how this Bonitas is so useless. I need one of your consultant to urgently phone me urgently, I need to go back to the doctor today. One can die or situation get worse because of your *********** staff, phones and your medical Aid scheme.
