Pathetic service from Bonitas

A company that does not care a damn for their clients. They are ripoff's and focus purely on making money. Please be very careful when they sell you a product. I have been with them for over 15 years and have been on the best option that comes with an absorbitant fee. Given the financial impact, I changed options and reduced my fee alittle. I expressively told the consultant that I needed the same hospital benefits as what I had. I was given this option that lacks spectacle, dentistry and limitations on the threshold savings. I was ok with it given that I would still be fully covered for hospital procedures. To my surprise that a simple procedure on hospital costs me significantly a co charge fee. I spoke to the bonitas call centre agent and their manager. They agreed that there was no evidence of me being informed at the time of option being changed over. They also advised that they cannot take responsibility for this mishap. I asked to speak to the bonitas management, they refused to take my call. Contact numbers that were provided directs the call to a 'mailbox'. I feel highly disappointed and it is a disgrace in how this organisation carry themselves. Try calling them and experience the excuses they give for not answering your call timeously. They refer to technical issues. This is forever been a recording of theirs. The large sums of money we pay must sure take care of their technical issues to make service seemless for their clients whom sustain them and keep them employed. Absolute pathetic service!!!
