PATHETIC SERVICE -BONITAS

<p>I called Bonitas on the 30/01/2017 and was given a ref for my call: 300117q42n5p. My son has been diagnosed with mild autism for the past couple of months the fees have been deducted from our day to day savings. after speaking to most mom's they informed that other medical aids do cater for autism as in most cases it is "seen" as a chronic disease or PMD- which means funds can be deducted from the chronic benefits. So I called bonitas enquiring about such a benefit or ways of assisting me with regards to this issues, I was told I needed to send an email with my request of which I did. Even emails reports from both the OT and Speech and Language therapy. </p> <p>The only response i have received from them was an emailing saying "they have received my email and will get back to be in 10 days time. and today marks close to 2 months - query number ********** 567j. All i wanted to know is that is there a benefit or ways of adding this to our medical aid or not, if not then i need to cancel this medical aid and look for something that will benefit my son's needs. i have send follow up emails and NOTHING! really not impressed with BONITAS.</p>
