Pathetic service Bonitas

Ive send an email in January to Bonitas to refund me on the money i paid the dr cash .....since then didnt get any feedback from them not tellephonically or on email ...its cery bad service and i will not recommend this medical aid to no one !!! Itd pathetic service!
