Pathetic service as usual.
I went for blood tests in July for diagnoses of polycystic ovarian syndrome. It is known by most clinical practitioners that insulin levels are checked routinely as part of tests for polycystic ovarian syndrome. However, I was still asked for a motivation letter for the claim to be processed. I have sent this letter about 6 times already through to the claims and pathology departments, and yet only received feedback stating once again that a motivation is required. Numerous phone calls have also been in vain (no surprises there), with each agent saying something different - ie. Does not meet funding criteria, or that the claim will be paid from savings, however nothing has been done to date.
Is it that bonitas employs people who cannot READ and comprehend? The level of incompetence is absolutely SHOCKING and DISGUSTING. If your employees cannot read the doctor's writing or cannot comprehend what he has written, please give him a call and he will explain it in the simplest language possible for you. This has happened many times in the past, only for my accounts to be UNNECESSARILY handed over to debt collectors, and then Bonitas pays the claim over 6 months later. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
