Pathetic service and *****ulently billed!!!

Worst service received ever from a Medical Aid company that is supposedly surposed to be 1 of the best since 20 years running!!! I will never refer anyone to join Bonitas. They are friendly and happy with you in the beginning and promise all these special amenities you will get with certain products bit in fact it's not true. I have had to be denied from my 1 year old been treated by a doctor on several occasions because Boniats did not pay them. The reason code states it's because my medical aid was exhausted which can't be true because I only took my son to the doctor twice during the inception of the medical aid!! I was also erroneously billed by a doctor which is not even known to me!! I have never used the medical aid for myself ever!! As I had to pay the dentist out of pocket as well!! This was not mentioned to me by the sales agent who gladly sold me the product!!

Cut a long story short The sales agent rudely told me on email to contact claims myself and then after many emails to him I got a call from his manager. She assisted in some way but my call logs have still not been retrieved and I still have to go cancel my medical aid on my own with them I stead of them calling me and assisting me!!!

Bonjtas employees do not care about their customers or their livelihoods !!! My son could of died without treatment I was panicking and I have been through so much with negative experiences with thus medical aid!!!

I want to cancel my medical aid now!! And do not penalize me a cent as I am taking this further to the Ombudsman!!

I want all my moneys back for the months your ****ty service has caused my thyroid to rise!!

I want to be reimbursed and I wsnt nothing to do with you people!! I will pay more to go with a different medical aid company whose service is actually 100 times better they listen to their customers.

Please someone contact me urgently as I want my money back and to cancel. And don't email me forms because I don't have time to go print your work out and do it for yiu!!

How can you bill me for something I never even used !!! And then say my medical aid is exhausted!!!! And then not even get back to me I had to beg !!!
