Pathetic service and pathetic medical aid should not even be called a medical aid
cant give a zero star rating because that is the service I am receiving none Claims useless dont even try You wont get anywhere or ever receive feedback call centre useless and cant do anything for You Even a manager or supervisor like Teboho just empty promises
Cancelled with immediate effect wont even fill in the forms as I want nothing more to do with this company ever again and would never Recommend this medical aid to anyone
