Bonitas medical scheme are by far the worst medical scheme ever. We are at the Doctors office and little do we know our medical aid has been terminated for what reason I don’t know we are paying every month on time never a late payment ever and this is the type of medical aid and services we get. That is not all you are on the phone waiting for ever to get to the next available phone operator what the hack are the people doing at a call centre poor service and very unsatisfied we are out here busy dying at our doctors appointment and little do we know your medical aid is terminated with out any warning what a pathetic service….
