Pathetic Service

Very useless, I'm sitting at the doctor calling for authorization, I've called the call center line for the 3rd time,

The prompt system doesn't work after putting your membership number Then wait on the like another 5 minutes to speak to a consultant who just transfers you to another department to get the line dropped in your ear

I called ***and spoke to Lizanne gave her my details and done a whole security verification, I was then transfered to another line A Mbali answered and she conveniently could not hear me which is odd because I just spoke to a consultant who heard me quiet fine and transfered me to her to get my line dropped and asked to send an email as "she could not hear me"

I called again I spoke to Tabi I was transfered and same thing....

What happens in an emergency? Am I supposed to send am email and awaiting your reply? Poor service, if you consider joining Bonitas please consider again useless service
