Pathetic service

I joined Bonitas on 01/02/2021, i went to a Gynae on the 22 March and i was told to pay in cash and claim it back from the medical aid, i submitted my claim on the 24/03/2023 but i am still waiting for my refund, I'm expected to go to the gynae again on the 19 and i don't have money to pay, i sent an email to Bonita's for option change as i have been affected by the change of network hospitals, i am struggling to find a gynae and a hospital on my current plan because everything was changed
