pathetic service

<p>Hi</p> <p>I just want to inform all about what a ******* Bonitas is</p> <p>My wife needs a procedure done during her pregnany and i queried close to 20 times (not exagerating) and Bonitas refuses to give me a definate answer. I have supp**** them with the procedure name and codes and they merely respond saying they cant advise if it will be covered before the procedure...only after the claim is submited and in the same breath of the email they close the call logged with no reply number of the person who responded...as they simply dont want to pay for anything it seems. What a waste. And this is all by emailing a list of people, even medsheme who manages Bonitas. And try calling them...they have a phone system where no1 answers on the other end..its is just voice prompts followed by voice prompts. I hate to think that if i get rushed to hospital that if i call for pre-authorization - i will never get through. and to top it off their call center open later during office hrs compared to other medical aids - not like they would respond in any case...just saying.</p> <p>Well thats is my say...next year i am definately switching medical aids....Any other medical aid would be better than bonitas with their services</p>
