Pathetic Service
I'm on the Boncap option and I just about give up as to what they claim, EVERYTHING seems to be out of formulary and they reject most claims, its like they decide whether it's worth claiming or not and I end up paying most of my medical bills. I keep saying that I will look into a different medical aid and I don't but I think this will be my last year with Bonitas as they have proven to just be useless.
